WHY SHOULD I REGISTER WITH YOU?

As a registered customer, we can help you save time and money. Setting up an account is easy and makes you eligible for early notification of sales and events. Your account keeps track of your billing and shipping information, your Wish List, and allows you to check the status of an order, or review your account history at any time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To check on the status of your order go to the My Account page, visit the Orders section and then view the Order Status field. Click here to track your order.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

To update the information in the My Account section, click on the edit button in the section you would like to change. Click here to update.

WHAT CAN I USE TO COMPRISE MY PASSWORD?

Passwords must be at least 8 characters (letters, numbers, or a combination of both). Passwords ARE case sensitive, which means they must be entered EXACTLY like the original password. For example, a password originally entered as "SHOP1234" cannot be entered as "shop1234".

HOW CAN I RE-PRINT A SALES RECEIPT?

  1. Click on My Account.
  2. Enter your e-mail and password.
  3. Go to the Orders section and click on the appropriate order number.
  4. Click Order Receipt.
  5. Click Print.
