FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

30 DAY RETURNS

For products purchased online or through our catalog, we offer full refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in their original condition.

When making an exchange on items over $100 we will provide you with one prepaid return shipping label valid within the United States.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. In the case that you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping fees. Then we will send the undamaged or correct item to you promptly, with no shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of the original shipment date to be eligible for return or exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

At Diamonds International®, we are committed to your total satisfaction. We will accept any online purchase returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of order receipt.

To return or exchange a purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@diamondsinternational.com or 800-515-3935 (outside the U.S. call 212-764-6900) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If making an exchange over $100 we will provide one prepaid return label valid within the U.S.
  2. Write the RMA number above the shipping address on the outside of the box. Packages not bearing an RMA number will be refused and returned to you.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) and send your return using a trackable & insured shipper to:

Please note: Any promotional item or free gift included with your order must be returned, or the retail value of the promotion/gift will be deducted from your credit.

Returns that follow the above steps will receive a full refund (minus original shipping charge, if any), to the original form of payment. Please allow us five business days upon receipt of your return to process your refund. Exchanges will be processed and shipped based on the ship by date noted on the product page.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS WHILE IN TRANSIT?

We are unable to be responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit. For safety purposes, we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance when you return items. For your convenience, you may return items purchased online to any of our stores for exchange or store credit. Our regular return/exchange policy will apply.

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

We process returns within ten days of receiving the item. To check on the status of your return, go to the My Account page, visit the Orders section, and then view the Order Status field. The Order Status field shows pending returns and their status.
